highly regarded Brambati roasting equipment and instigated a fully automated green coffee
bean handling system.



ORIGINS
Wakey Wakey beans are sourced from Colombia, Sumatra, Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
But there's something extra in there as well. Let's call it the x factor. This secret ingredient,
known only by a select group of Good Co. staff, makes up ten per cent of the blend and
gives Wakey Wakey that extra get up and go.
ROASTING PROFILE
This is a single phase, lightly roasted blend of exceptional complexity and smoothness. Plus it's roasted in small batches, which allows for us to pay obsessive attention to detail. Every. Bean. Is. Flawless.
AROMA
Sweet, floral aromas dominate this coffee while hints of nutmeg and other spices blend with delicate roasted notes to create an engulfing aromatic experience.
APPEARANCE
Medium brown with attractive lustre, Wakey Wakey features a light golden crema with a low viscosity and excellent length.
TASTING NOTE
Wakey Wakey is our most complex blend. Lightly roasted, it has a sweet, clean acidity combined with a smoothness and softness that fills the mouth. It leaves no hint of bitterness, just a delightful roasted finish.

The Big Payoff is a straight-down-the-line, no-nonsense blend of superior quality. Sourced from Colombia, Indonesia, New Guinea and Central America, it also contains a small proportion of high grade Indian Robusta that adds an assertive edge to its character.

A single phase blend, The Big Payoff enjoys the executive treatment. It is lightly roasted in small batches to maintain the highest level of quality and taste.
AROMA
Taking plenty of time to fully develop when roasting, The Big Payoff presents a firm, strong flavour. Its full bodied aroma is met with spicy overtones to add extra richness and depth.
APPEARANCE
The Big Payoff’s full golden crema ensures excellent flavour and length on the palate.
TASTING NOTE
The Big Payoff has become one of the standards by which good espresso is judged. The full body with medium acidity and high aromatics promotes an extremely satisfying all round experience.

Our decaffeinated roast features Colombian, Guatemalan and Ethiopian beans, finely blended to produce a flavoursome, full-bodied cup. Caffeine is removed thanks to a procedure known as the Swiss Water Process. Just as this name suggests, this process is extremely clean, using no chemicals (such as ethanol) to create an end result that tastes like coffee and nothing else.
